Testimonials

I was able to discuss any concerns with Rachel and she was always encouraging and knowledgeable.  She is so compassionate and non judgmental. This is important because I brought my deepest fears as a single mom to Rachel. “

“Thank you Rachel for helping us transition back to daycare after being home since March! We worked on a goodbye routine and spoke about how much fun we will have going back to school. Though she cried for a few minutes, the teachers said she did great and was talking up a storm the whole day! She even said “I can’t wait to see my friends!” Couldn’t have done it without you!

Helping moms transition to motherhood

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Rachel over the last several weeks. I wanted to focus on helping my daughter transition between my house and her dad’s house because I had noticed behavior issues. Rachel helped me come up with a routine that has made the transition so much smoother. We’ve also implemented a morning routine and bedtime routine that has simplified our lives.

We also worked on my yelling when my daughter wasn’t listening. Rachel helped me understand what was going on and how I can control this. We came up with several strategies that have worked for us.

If you’re struggling with the challenges that come up as a mom then I highly suggest working with Rachel!
